Pauleen ClarkSolicitor LLB/BCom
Pauleen is a skilled family lawyer, with a background in general practice including commercial and civil litigation. Originally from the Philippines, Pauleen moved to live in New Zealand in 2003. She is bilingual in English and Tagalog / Filipino.
Pauleen graduated with conjoint degree in Law and Commerce (majoring in accounting) from the University of Auckland in 2012 and was admitted to the bar in 2013. Having worked as a part time law clerk while studying, and in a city firm since graduation, Pauleen joined Smith and Partners in 2017 and now assists clients with:
- all areas of family law, including child support appeal applications
- Wills, enduring powers of attorney
- Civil litigation
- Commercial litigation
- Estate litigation
- PPPR applications
Pauleen is genuinely interested in helping her clients with their legal problems so they can move forward with their lives. Pauleen balances taking the time to listen and understand her client’s unique situations with practical, no-nonsense advice. An excellent communicator, Pauleen ensures clients are kept up to date with what is happening with their matter and delivering on what has been promised.
A proud West Aucklander, Pauleen is active in her local Catholic church and enjoys spending time with her family, including her two young boys. She also enjoys travel, reading and getting to know her Hobsonville Point community.
