• Reviewed and negotiated an Agreement to Lease for a new childcare centre, addressing flooding risk allocation, council consent dependencies, guarantor scope and rent mechanics. 
• Lease enforcement: instructed and coordinated service of Notices of Intention to Cancel Lease for rental arrears (tenant company and personal guarantor), including process server management.

Business Sales & Acquisitions 

• Acted on the sale of a holiday park business and property, handling agreement drafting/negotiation, PPSR discharges, lender engagement, and a retention for repairs with milestone dates and evidentiary requirements. 
• Managed an owner buy out (share sale) for an SME: drafted the share sale documentation, addressed director/share register changes and coordinating independent legal advice for the exiting shareholder. 
• Acted on the purchase of a New Zealand company by an overseas purchaser, including incorporating a Company within New Zealand to complete the purchase.

Commercial Property 

• Finance security: arranged re registration of a second mortgage to secure private lending following a bank refinance and title restructure. 
• Acted on the purchase of adjoining commercial property units including preparing all lease documentation.
