Fiona qualified as a legal executive in 1988 and focuses mainly on residential conveyancing. Fiona has worked in the area of property law for over 30 years, including over eight years in West Auckland.
Fiona joined Smith and Partners in 2010, assisting Wade Hansen with conveyancing and property law matters, and began directly looking after her own clients in 2013. She continues to work closely with Wade and the property law team.
Fiona’s clients appreciate her attention to detail, efficient organization and promptness with returning phone calls and emails. Together with her approachable style, Fiona makes the process of buying and selling your home easy and stress free.
Fiona loves working with her mostly West Auckland clients – and chatting with them when she bumps into them at the supermarket. A family connection to the law introduced her to the joy of helping clients and the sense of being an active part of the community.
Outside of work, Fiona is a Siamese cat breeder and a voracious reader and music aficionado – especially of New Zealand music. Having lived in West Auckland for over 22 years, Fiona feels a strong cultural and personal connection to West Auckland and has a particular appreciation for the wild elements of the West.
