Jennifer has been helping Kiwis buy and sell property for over 15 years. As a highly experienced registered legal executive, she assists clients with residential and commercial property transactions including conveyancing, finance, reviewing building contracts for new builds and commercial leasing. Jennifer also assists her clients with family trusts, wills and powers of attorney, and business finance.

Jennifer has specialist expertise assisting with buying and selling unit title properties, including apartments, terrace housing and units, and providing expert advice on unit title disclosure statements.

Jennifer loves property law and is passionate about helping other property owners. As a residential property investor herself, Jennifer brings a unique understanding of the complexities of buying, selling and tenanting residential property and the fast turnarounds often require. Her hands-on experience and knowledge of the industry can help anyone, at any stage of their journey through the property ladder. Outside of work, Jennifer has an active family life with two young children that keep her busy. Jennifer used to play Tenpin Bowling at a New Zealand rep level, which gave her the opportunity to travel the world.
