Priyanka Poulton

Priyanka Poulton is a dedicated Law Clerk in the litigation team at Smith and Partners with a strong focus on family and estate litigation. She brings a dynamic blend of advocacy, empathy, and analytical precision to her work, shaped by her academic foundation and community engagement.

Priyanka holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Otago.  Her strengths lie in advocacy, research, and public speaking. Priyanka has earned national recognition in speech competitions, including placing second in the United Nations Speech Competition. Her ability to communicate with clarity and conviction is a hallmark of her approach to litigation.

As part of the litigation team, Priyanka is committed to delivering thoughtful, client-focused representation in family and estate matters. Working closely with Director Carolyn Ranson and Associate Natalie Miller, her work is guided by a strong ethical compass, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact—both on the litigation space and on the lives of her clients.
