Kimberley Brown

Kimberley is a  legal executive with over five years’ experience working in the legal industry. Kimberley provides clients with specialist assistance on Wills, powers of attorney and estate administration.

Working on both sides of the Wills process provides Kimberley with unique insight and knowledge of the intricacies and requirements for Wills. She uses this expertise to ensure that her clients’ Wills are carefully drafted to ensure that the Will maker’s wishes are clear and more likely to be followed without challenge. Her careful drafting also helps make the process of obtaining probate and administering an estate easier for the executors.

Kimberley takes the time to truly understand her clients’ personal situations and family – getting to the heart of each client’s wishes. By asking the right questions, she uncovers any potential issues and helps her clients find the best way to ensure their intentions will be carried out.

Outside of work Kimberley is an avid foodie, enjoying both the best of New Zealand’s restaurants and her home cooking adventures.  She also enjoys spending time with family, watching films, and exploring the Waitakere ranges and beyond.
