Nigel is an accomplished litigation and dispute lawyer, known for his experience in commercial, construction and intellectual property disputes. With many years of experience in civil litigation, Nigel’s career is a testament to his deep understanding of the law and his commitment to legal excellence.

Education
Nigel combines extensive practical experience with academic depth. He has a BA/LLB conjoint from Victoria University of Wellington, a Master of Laws with first class honours in Commercial Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Auckland, and a MLitt from The University of Cambridge – where his researched focused on Intellectual Property. He is also an Accredited Mediator with the London School of Mediation.
